- 1 month ago: You’re fine! This is still normal.
- 2 months ago: It can arrive at any moment.
- 3 months ago: Please keep an eye out.
- 4 months ago: Please contact me.
If an order is not sent correctly or something goes wrong, it will usually be returned to me. However, in some cases, it may unfortunately get lost in transit.
A refund is only possible if the item is damaged or unusable. Please provide clear proof (photos or video) within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your order is lost and a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
